RETURNS-CONSUMER RIGHTS

Terms for orders with payment method cash on delivery

 

For orders made with cash on delivery, the customer is obliged to pay the amount indicated in each order

Order cancellation on behalf of the customer can be done by e-mail and telephone only in case the order has not yet been sent.

Cancellation of the order by the customer from its shipment until its delivery is not allowed, otherwise the customer is obliged to pay to lepetit any damage suffered due to the cancellation such as shipping, storage costs.

Refusal of receipt by the customer enters into the terms and penalties relating to cash on delivery orders.

For any dispute arising, the courts of Athens are competent.
